What is Taught
K-2 Module and 3-5 Module
Teacher candidates develop a strong understanding of evidence-based writing instruction, including the writing process, handwriting, spelling, sentence construction, text structures, grammar, and revision. Through practical learning experiences and authentic application, they learn how to explicitly teach writing while supporting students in becoming effective, confident communicators.
